1. Warranty scope

(1) The testing machine host has a one-year warranty and lifetime service.

2. Training

(1) The testing machine is brought to the buyer's site, and our personnel are present for debugging.Free training for 1-2 operators from the purchaser. The training location can be within the purchaser's company or in our company.

(2) The training must cover the correct use of the testing machine, software operation, general maintenance and troubleshooting.

3. Maintenance services

(1) The consulting service provider will answer questions about product use at any time by phone or in writing.

(2) During the fault warranty period, the supplier will make troubleshooting plans for the user within 72 hours and notify the user. If the problem cannot be solved,Standard equipmentYou can replace it with a new one for free, and we will bear all the round-trip costs, except for non-standard equipment.

(3) During the warranty period, only the repair cost will be charged for malfunctions or damages caused by man-made or natural disasters.

4. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

(1) Failure or damage caused by abnormal operation and man-made or natural disasters.

(2) Damage caused by disassembling and modifying parts of the machine (such as microcomputer, host, circuits, etc.) without our consent.

(3) Without our consent, any virus software is installed, computer files are deleted at will, or the registration number cannot be used normally, causing the testing machine to fail to work.
