1. Customization scope

We can provide customized assistive device services based on customers' special material and sample testing requirements.Covering test types such as tension, compression, bending, torsion, shearing, peeling, and bursting, special fixtures can be designed according to sample size, clamping method, and temperature environment (normal temperature/high and low temperature/corrosive media).

2. Customization process

1. Confirm the sample drawing, material, size and target range; 2. Issue the fixture plan and three-dimensional diagram; 3. Process and produce after confirmation; 4. Cooperate to complete the clamping verification and data comparison after arrival.

3. Supporting capabilities

In addition to the fixture, it can also be equipped with accessories such as extensometer brackets, environmental box interfaces, and protective covers, supporting processing of customized drawings and non-standard modifications.
